    Sione is from the village of Kolonga in Tonga. He has worked in the bakery and hospitality industry in New Zealand since 2004. Sione loves the challenge of providing the highest quality food possible and exploring new ways to integrate pacific cuisine with western style cuisines.
    He enjoys blending flavours and styles to produce new and innovative approaches and I takes great joy in seeing the way food can bring people together.

     

    Fun Fact: Aside from food, Sione’s great passion is the ocean, and his perfect Saturday would be a sunny day spent diving and spearfishing.
