22 Years of Grace and Togetherness: Celebrating at Tupu’anga Coffee 

We’re absolutely buzzing to share how we marked our 22nd anniversary as an organisation – a journey possible only by the grace of God. Our celebration spot? The cosy and vibrant Tupu’anga Coffee in Mt Eden has become a bit of a second home to us. 

It was a gathering that warmed the heart, bringing together not just our hardworking staff – who were wrapping up their day – but also faces from the past and present. The vibe was buzzing, with our past team members, the board, and many family and friends joining in. 

And, oh, the entertainment! A massive shoutout to our own Ed Etuale, whose live band performance was stellar. Yep, that’s the same Ed who’s been wowing us with his debut single and video. The music set the tone for the evening – lively, heartfelt, and full of our Affirming Works spirit. 

The occasion was more than a celebration; it reminded us of the strong bonds we’ve formed over the years. As we chatted, laughed, and shared stories, it was clear that our organisation is more than just a team – we’re a whānau, a family brought together by a common purpose and sustained by mutual support and love. 

So here’s to 22 years of growth, challenges, achievements, and, most importantly, togetherness. We’re incredibly grateful for every moment and everyone who’s been a part of this incredible journey.
